Shipping & returns
Every find is singular. Here’s what to know before it becomes yours.
Shipping
Orders will be dispatched Monday through Friday once the shop opens. Shipping destinations, delivery estimates, processing times, and rates have not been finalized. They will be clearly presented before any order can be placed; shipping fees are not automatically handled by this site today because checkout is not connected.
International orders
ALIUNDE sources internationally, but customer shipping destinations and any customer-side customs duties or import taxes are still being determined. These details will be published before international orders are accepted.
Returns
Each vintage item is one of a kind, so all sales are intended to be final: no returns or exchanges for a change of mind, fit, or expected signs of vintage wear described in the listing.
If your item arrives damaged or is materially different from its description, contact info@ouraalchemia.com with your order details and photos so I can help. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
